Welcome to Venue Vault! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, available at venue-vault.com<\/strong> (the “Site”). By accessing or using Venue Vault, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. About Venue Vault<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Venue Vault is a venue listing and booking request platform<\/strong> operating in South Africa<\/strong>. We allow hosts<\/strong> to list venues and users<\/strong> to browse and request bookings. No payments for bookings are processed on our platform<\/strong>; all booking\/payment arrangements<\/strong> are done directly between hosts and users using the built in messaging system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Membership & Venue Submissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Users can purchase membership plans<\/strong> that grant access to submit a limited number of venue listings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Memberships have an expiration period<\/strong> based on venue submissions and must be renewed for continued venue listing access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Expired memberships result in the removal of venue listings<\/strong> until the membership is renewed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Membership fees are non-refundable<\/strong> unless required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    3. Venue Listings & Host Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Hosts must provide accurate and truthful information<\/strong> about their venues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Venue Vault reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove listings<\/strong> that violate our policies or contain misleading information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hosts are responsible for managing inquiries, bookings, and communications<\/strong> with users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Venue Vault does not verify the accuracy of listings or the legitimacy of users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. Booking Requests & Communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Users can send booking requests<\/strong> for listed venues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Hosts may accept or decline<\/strong> requests at their discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Once a booking request is accepted, both parties can communicate via the built-in chat<\/strong> in the dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Venue Vault does not<\/strong> facilitate or guarantee bookings and is not liable<\/strong> for any agreements made between users and hosts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        5. Prohibited Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        You agree not<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Post false or misleading venue information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Use Venue Vault for unlawful activities or fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Attempt to process payments through Venue Vault.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Violate any applicable South African laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Venue Vault is not responsible<\/strong> for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from interactions between users and hosts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • We do not<\/strong> guarantee the availability, safety, or condition of any listed venue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Venue Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages<\/strong> arising from the use of our platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            7. Modifications to Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Venue Vault after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            8. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa<\/strong>. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
